Scope of transport
We offer shipping services covering the European Union and some other European countries. Depending on the shipping method and destination selected at checkout, the fee will be displayed on the checkout page.

Transit time
Typically, standard delivery takes 20-40 business days, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination. You will get a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to check the status of your shipping at any time.
Order processing
We process and dispatch orders within 5-7 business days after payment is confirmed. During special promotions, processing and shipping times may be extended.
Shipping Risks
During transportation, the goods are deemed to have been delivered to the carrier once they have been dispatched. In the event of any loss or damage during transportation, the customer shall make a claim in accordance with the relevant policies of the carrier. We do our best to ensure that the package is shipped in perfect condition, but are not responsible for any accidents that occur during transit.
